Exchange Policy
Any returns made will be eligible for store credit only, we do not offer money back. If an item happens to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days from the expected delivery date stated on the tracking information. Any damaged or defective items reported after the (5) days will not be accepted. For damaged and defective items, you must also attach photos of damages to the report. Once we approve the item for return, we will send you a return label and you will receive your store credit once we have the package at our facility.
To be eligible for return: All items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Once we have approved your return, we will email you our return form. You must place the completed return form in the package. If you are returning an item in which you purchased the wrong size, style, or simply didn’t want it, it is your responsibility to pay for a return label and send it back to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
If return any package over $75, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance for the carrier in which you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us.

One size items, white clothing, jewelry, handbags, accessories, are Final Sale! They are not eligible for return or store credit.

Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship out orders. All orders include a tracking number. Once your package has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Once USPS has your package M.Caroline Boutique is NO longer RESPONSIBLE. If your package shows as delivered and for any reason, you did not receive please contact your local post office.
